I use this regularly. I like it.

Decent

Decent app, but it would be nice if you could rewind/fast forward the audio tracks. Just having a pause is limiting. Also previews on the purchasable meditations would be nice.

Very helpful

Being new to meditation and mindfulness practices Ive found this app very helpful. Her voice is soothing and the guided sessions really help me to focus on the body and be in the present. A welcome addition to my mental health repertoire.

Awesome app!

Nicely designed, easy to use. Love the reminder to "take a deep breath" when you first start up the app. The mindful reminders that you can set throughout the day are wonderful. It just being on my iPhone screen is a daily reminder to practice. Simple, and it really helps! Thank you!

Good app - needs a nighttime meditation added

I really enjoy this app as a beginner to meditation. I like the guided sessions and appreciate how short some are. Only thing missing is a night time-bedtime meditation, as these are all for starting your day. I make it work but still be nice to have an evening option.

Bringing you back to the breath

I have been using this tool for about 3 weeks and it has been so helpful to get me out of my head and thoughts. Gentle guidance brings you back to the breath, ultimately bringing a feeling if calmness and clarity. I highly recommend this app to anyone who consciously want to slow down their pace in life.

Excellent App

I have been using this app for at least a year (maybe more) and I love it. The best part is having the flexibility to create your own mediation - time wise and with bells or guided or silent. I recommend this to everyone who wants to practice mindfulness. The daily reminders are another helpful aspect. Love it!!!

Calming and easy to use

Everything is laid out simply for your use. Meditations can be tailored for your own life or you can use the built in guided meditations ranging from 3 to 30 minutes in length

Great app. 1 problem.

Love the app itself. The only problem I have is on the statistics page. It only registers 1 meditation instead of the many more Ive done. Not accurate at all. Overall easy to use and helpful!

Great app

I use this daily but other apps have caught up and perhaps excelled. This needs 1) ability to log data into apple health in terms of the mindfulness minutes 2) a cheaper monthly model. This movement of software as a service expects everyone to pay $10 a month for everything they use is rather silly.
