I have been working with this app for 4 months now. It is the first thing I open in the morning, during the day doing ordinary things like cleaning and picking up I listen to the courses, and when I have a moment I use the meditation guidances, finally, in the evening I go to sleep with it. I have meditated on and off, self learned through reading and talking to people, but I am a novice. This app is game changing. It has all the big meditation teachers of America that published courses on compact discs combined. I started out liking only Jon Kabat Zinn, then I moved on to Sharon Salzberg, then to Rick Hanson and Tara Bach. I listened in on every one of them and at first I didnt like some of the courses because I was not ready for them. But now I think I will eventually come round to every teacher in this app. This is the best app ever. Thank you so much.
